Hello

I Have an idea about the splash screen, Why only show one render as the splash screen??? Why not have a different one every time you open blender. Maybe using more then one (5-10) render from this thread showing off what Artists can achieve with blender and its different uses.

Here is my entry based on the default color of the blender interface.

For those having trouble posting an image:
When you use the Insert Image button add the link to your actual image url, NOT the web page that includes your image on it.
If you use dropbox make sure the image is public. You can add it to your dropbox public folder and then select its public link (RMB on the image name)
Also please use the image template linked to on the first post of this thread.
If you still have any issues, report your post (small triangle in the bottom left corner of your post) and ask a moderator to add your image.
