Not needed to say “this is my final render” unless you actually use the same post to update your work the whole time, because then you would only have your final at the end of the competition (just make sure it’s not marked WIP and you actually said it is your entry). If you do make multiple posts with renders, I do suggest declaring that this is the finished work and make sure the rest are clearly marked as WIP’s, so there’s no confusion when Andrew collects the entries.
If you don’t do any of that and you only post your final here, you can just say: here’s my entry and put in your render.

So far my entry isn’t showing. Anyways, another try at posting: a hot rod render, a '33 Ford to be exact. Rendered in Cycles at 500 samples.

My humble entry - This was started a few weeks before the competition, but was also finished way before it finished - hopefully No-one takes this so seriously I have to be disqualified… 
I’m not so good yet, but I tried, at least.
