Is it possible you accidentally hit 5 on the Numpad while entering numerical values? I don’t know if that would change the way things react to a Sketching Plane so I would have to jump over to my copy and see… and perhaps when jumping out of the sketch maybe you changed something on the x-axis with out realizing it…really hard to tell without the file…
