Im not a fan of your skull shapes. The cranial looks a bit to tall. If you did not already, check andrew loomis book about drawing heads. He wont teach you anatomy but overal pleasing proportions. On top of that you can make whatever you want. Another thing that bothers my eyes are fat and musclea areas. There is no need to accent every little and big muscles. Be more gentle. Novice will feel your sculpures more natural, and pross will still notice those smaller changes in surface. Im not an expert but skin shader looks more than ok to me.

Man, your work is insanely impressive !

I’m still struggling when unwrapping quads in blender and when i see your work i confess this demoralizes me…

I just have 2 questions:

  • are you a professionnal face animator ( i mean for games or movies ) or are you an hobbyist ?
  • why did you unwrap in modo ? What does modo have that is missing in blender ?
