Pure, Rendered in Cycles, 128 samples with denoising, Post processing and textures in Photoshop.
Started late, so didnt have time to work on a complete scene

Crazy Racers World Cup
Pure entry. The radioactive sign was made with inkscape, the rest was made within Blender with procedural textures and the compositor.
The crazy bus driver wasn’t always a bus driver: he used to be a crazy racer. He interrupted his career because no one was crazy enough to want to be on the same racetrack as him, so he often raced alone (or at least was the only one to finish the race in one piece).
I’m kinda happy with the foreground, but the background sucks pretty hard. I didn’t manage to make rusty metal plates that didn’t look ugly, and the sky is also pretty weird. Oh well, there is always next week…
