The Blender.org servers have been suffering a DDoS (Denial of Service) attack, resulting in Blender.org subdomains being not or deficiently accessible at the moment.
The Blender Foundation is working on it. In the meantime here are some workaround links:

I knew they were down, but I didn’t know it was because someone is actually trying to attack the BF.
Before anyone asks, it’s probably not Autodesk (even though some here like the idea of them being the whipping boy).
