Don’t think I’ve ever posted in this thread befire, but after finishing my most recent project (and being repeatedly told on /r/Blender that it looked nothing like who it was supposed to be…), I realised that I got a little stuck in my own eyes whilst trying to capture the likeness.
So with that in mind, I thought I’d post here (as it won’t be an updated WIP thread), to get an initial response from you lovely folk.
I just want you to tell me who it is. Simple. Validate me, basically
Lashes and brows were thrown on temporarily to help with the sculpt, as it always looks super weird without them. Also, still a WIP.
That’s probably my most frustating thing in these recent times, but for the likeness, I have to say, I really don’t know who it is, but maybe It’s just that I don’t know her at all, so maybe I could get you another feedback if I had a name that you can put in spoiler, or another way…
My girlfriend once didn’t recognized me after a haircut… so at least some overpaint ?? (I’m not very good at names but do notice very much people just by their face… and i do see a lot of TV and movies…)
I would personally call them “staggeringly immature” and “obsessed with getting high fives from their slavering Neanderthal echo chamber buddies by being as mean as possible, but disguising it as ‘comedy’”, but that works too
Ooh for sure. I originally got Natalie Portman after the first couple of hours (which might be clue…or even perhaps Kiera Knightly?) You’ve definitely heard of this person…I think/hope.
Hmm while thinking about this and because i didn’t do some look-a-likes yet (well only those i will never ever show anyone ) i think researching which camera setting are used to make this portrait shots would be a good idea to see how the own sculpts show up in the same perspective…
