this is the latest test i did by making a new top trying with adding 2 or 3 circles around
but still having this sort of color bleeding on other faces ?
i 'vnever seen this before on a subsurf mesh
mind you i did not use several color either
so what’s going on here is it a bug in 2.49 ?

the Forum seems to be fasted today but still sometimes sluggish

ok i think that you need to add at least 2 extra circle around a cicle if you want the color to not bleed around or create some distortion around

i think you need CTRL+N when set smooth is set ,
then the black lines will go away
about 2 or 3 loops
i think 2 make the same effect as 3
set smooth both and check
about round edges
look at the corners ,see what i did just for the loop cut to take effect
and make the edges round the same way in each corner

yes very good i added it to the other mesh for the white stove
and i still ahve some issues with the bleedign color
anybody knows if there is a ruel for this not to get it ?
