Dyntopo in Blender sculpting is Hot Garbage compared to Nomad Sculpt on an iPad

Dyntopo is just infinitely better than remesh in terms of the freedom to add new geometry on the fly whenever wherever you want.

If this level of freedom is very important to you in a desktop sculpting application, I’d consider voxel sculpting in the very affordable 3D-Coat:
