Ferrari Wind Tunnel - Blender

Ferrari SF-26 wind tunnel scene, modelled and rendered fully in Blender.
Custom lighting for the tunnel atmosphere.
Am animating this scene also will post that soon too…

It looks as though you’ve added a motion effect, but this is a wind tunnel, so it’s only the air that’s moving.

I’m not a Ferrari engineer (not an engineer at all) but, as mush as I know, the latest wind tunnel technology use a dynamic groundfloor that works like a threadmill, with also bumps.

In this way they can test the aerodynamics with the car movements.

I don’t know if Ferrari has something similar…but it shouldn’t be so fictional.

Anyway, I think it’s really a good job.
Eager to see the animation.

yes it’s a fictional in the meaning that it’s not a 1:1 replica.

I was referring to the fact that a wind tunnel could have a dynamic threadmill so a motion blur could happen as the wheels rotate and the floor is moving…
