Hey, it’s been a while! here’s a personal art proj that I tried to take a bit more seriously process-wise, had a blast with the worldbuilding on it. i also got a beefy computer now so blender will just let me add clutter, it’s great.
A lot of the textures are hand painted (or hand placed in figma for posters) which im super chuffed about bc i mean look at that concrete.
I got to reuse the skids from one of my first scenes i posted. Originally I wanted the character to use one of the bikes, since i had them, but then as soon as i added the first delivery robot i fell too in love with the idea of the streets being mostly theirs as they fumble about bc they are lil guys.

Doing the UI for the devices ended up being its own little rabbit hole, even though its like 4 pixels in the final render the MP3 player has real-time water effects…because i slow mo recorded water dropping on my kitchen
And here’s the first blockout because seeing the progress is what kept me going
