Hi everyone,
A small scene from the world in-between, where the magic happens…
On the techie side, I have used cloth simulation for the dress, photoscanned assets of my own for the ground, banks and rotting wood, sketchfab assets for the horse skeleton and the corals in the background, MakeHuman for the little girl and Graswald for the detailed vegetation.

Lots of CC0 corals and shells from sketchfab @smithsonian Thanks for the awesome CC0 collection!
The story goes on, I just printed it and it’s really satisfying to look at it for real, with all the details. I advise 3D artists to print their artwork once in a while, in a large format. It feels so good to touch, smell and see the light interacting with it.
Thanks! I found a local printer specialized in art prints. And indeed their work is incredible.
It was great to hace an IRL contact too. I did not want this process to go through a form on internet and an anonymous delivery.
