I’ll be working primarily on baaag’s soundtrack, and also torakunsama’s. They have much different needs and big projects so I can take on smaller projects in the mean time.

Could you possibly make a simple sound for when I place a zombie in my game?
You can see a preview on my game in the team project section at the top.

A sound like l4d, some dark piano, creepy sounds, it doesnt have to be long at all, maybe like 10-15 seconds?
I can’t pay tho, would really appriciate it :slight_smile:
Ofc u would be in the credits then, and if I make the game big I could probebly BUY longer tracks

Okay! I’ve been “doin stuff” lately, which includes working on Torakunsama’s and baaag’s respective soundtracks. But I thought I’d drop in and work a little on the shorter projects.

@Addez go to my music page http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=1149424 and there’s a little “zombie music” I threw together (2 seconds long lol). Also, try here http://www.freesound.org/searchText.php for some free grungy zombie sound effects (I didn’t make these). You might want to chop them up in Audacity but that’s up to you :slight_smile:

Okay, I made a few short little ditties for Agoose77 as well. Just level-start sounds (named battle_start…) Lemme know if these work for you, man.

Clearing out smaller projects helps me focus on the big ones better :slight_smile:

Hey guys, I just wanted everyone to know that I’m upgrading my sound rig… just purchased a good ole fashioned Korg synthesizer. This will MASSIVELY expand my capabilities as a musician. I’ve been admittedly waffling on some of the larger projects, worried about my limited sound resources.

As soon as this baby arrives, these projects ARE AS GOOD AS DEAD — I mean, done, lol. As you can tell I’m excited :smiley:

Alright everybody! My synth has arrived, and I just got an electric axe! (By which I mean guitar, lol!)

So I’ve been able to darker guitar music as well as symphonic. Check out the songs I made for nixodemus1, who asked for four more “dark” tracks, here: http://www.soundclick.com/hacked (by names nixodemus1-4)

So, I still have a bit of a queue… Torakunsama’s soundtrack is obviously a big priority, and after that is baaag, who also has a long soundtrack to write. As for shorter projects I can now tackle blenderrr and BigBastardB’s soundtracks (don’t worry, BBB, I’ll get to you here soon ;] ). Actually I can probably crank out some “death meta/halo” style music pretty quick. No offense, but as long as it sounds good it doesn’t matter that much how much time I spend, right? lol. I’m so happy I can do this, and with all my new gear…

hey hacked,

i’m still on the project and as a matter of fact it’s even grown to be a full platformer game, something like a mix of ‘Spare Parts’ and ‘YoFrankie’. It’s going great, but some tunes in the background would be nice to get an overall feel of what it is going to be.
