Sorry for not updating but i havent really done much. The Demo got fairly far but, all the programming doesnt work because of 2.42 (I tested in the demo version and the physics whent nutz). I did finnish the elite, and the 5 flood characters to be useing in the game (pictures below). I will be resarting the demo so you can can hopefully play it some time in the next few months.
k I’m making up some new weapons, so I thought I would give you guys a sneak peek. so here is bate holding the six barrel rocket launcher and plasma knuckles, enjoy. there will be a large update coming in the next week or two so watch for it.
Btw the big update will feature realtime graphics (dont expect a demo)
C&C Welcome and Encouraged as always
BTW, has everyone notcied how these textures are getting better as the work on the game is progressing? If not, check out the first post. Look at those textures. Now compare that with the renders on this page… Much better. Anyone who was thinking that the textures weren’t that great at the beginning might want to look again.
Currently, I am working on a little something titled “The Harbour”, but once that is complete, which should be quite soon, I will be assisting Gomer in modeling some of the environments and scenery in Halo Mock. (The environments will be as close to those in Halo and Halo 2 as possible).
At this point, we don’t know how many levels or which ones will be included in Halo Mock, but be sure to check back often for any updates (Including a major update coming soon)
why was magicgoul looking at the brute so close, disturbing… anyway the models look good should be a very fun game. i especially like the grunts running away, that was my favorite part of halo 2. seriously, magicgoul needs help. yeah im an idiot, i only read the first page. oh well, too lazy to just fix what i said… kind of… leave me alone.
As I promised, here is the major update for halo mock. It’s not a demo so don’t get your hopes up. I created it just to be able to show you somehting actually in game. I’m giving you the .blend for mac users and a picture because I know some of you dont download anyhting without a screenshot first. (oh and 1,2,3,4,5 change cameras)
Looks Amazing Gomer! This shows some definate promise. Although my computer here is too laggy to appreciate the Gallery fully, I’ll run it the moment I get home.
