Great work, striking likeness. But I wouldn’t stop now. You are 97.5% there.
You just need to get the skin right. As it is now its too soft/smooth, and to even.
Skin-pores are deeper, there is more colour variation in the face, beard is more irregular.
The lighting IMHO is too soft, contrasts too low.
