Is this right in MeshMachine v0.6.11 in Blender 2.8.3 ? Doesn't match examples. Need Help!

I just got MeshMachine 0.6.11.

I used a basic cube and chamfered it. It chamfered but it left the original vertices of the chamfered edge in place. The same when I Fuse it. Does anyone have this problem? Or is this now the way it is supposed to work?
