I work with a simple basemesh for making pose of the character. I turn with sculpting and multiresolution, and work a lot with Cloth brushes for simulate locally the fold and natural clothing, reajusting with classic sculpt.
I test also the new features for Fur with the new system based on Geonodes - somes stuff really cool !
