Mixamo animation in NLA won't play when used for character

4 out of 5 animation dont play + animation jumps from place
Video above shows my problem, I have this model that I rigged on the website of mixamo, then downloaded four extra animation without skin. Via youtube video I watched a video in which on which you can combine these animations into one seamless animation onto one character. It starts in sitting position, then starts walking and then comes to a stop, but only the first animation works, The second animation jumps into another place which I dont know how to fix, but it seems like the animation doesnt play, and the last four animation it also wont play.
I don’t know what im doing wrong… Its so frustrating…

I’m trying to combine 2 Mixamo animations. The problem is one is not stationary. For instance I have a character that jumps a couple of feet and then I need a second animation shifted so it starts from that place. It starts from zero. Unfortunately I can’t get the second one to start from the position I need…
