This is an ongoing project that I a looking into for a medium rise office and mixed use tower, with the intent of using Blender for Architectural concept design (a sort of continual interest, which I will also be presenting on at the Blender conference this year) The transparency are the binding glue between the two sides.
This is designed and modeled with Blender and the facade is done with Tissue
Now I always struggle with making more finished looking images since i remain mostly in the architectural concept design world. With this project, I will be pushing my skills to create a more believable still images from street level to come.
