Unless I’m mistaking, that actually points to the version of the addon that comes with the distro. In any case, it reports the same version (4.0.2) and I get the same error.

The only version I found to work without problems was V3.0

It works in 4.1?
Not sure of the problem. MTree loads in V4.1 BUT !!! when you click on the box to initiate it, it will not take or respond. ReBooted Blender and it is still there but can’t get the box checked. ???
At this point when I use it in V3.0, I save the trees and transfer them to V4.1

Yeah. That’s the approach I am using as well but I use 4.0 and append to 4.1 after converting to merged mesh.

What did you do to get it to work in V4.0? I loaded it and it shows up but when I click on the box nothing happens. Did you modify anything?

I am still trying to find an update for 4.1 and 4.2 for the addon:

It’s 2 commits ahead of the previous addon. Can anyone check if this is an updated version for 4.1 and 4.2? I can’t find a addon release version on the github page.
