For this orc bust study, I used it for blender, zbrush, substance painter and photshop.
It was rendered in the cycles.
Great work , congrats.
Thank you, I’m glad you liked it.
I featured you on BlenderNation, enjoy

Fantastic piece!!
WOW this is sick!!! reminds me of that awesome mode of Pierrick PICAUT, https://www.artstation.com/artwork/68ynO
You skin looks amazing man!!! The mood, sphere, materials, everything looks AMAZING
This skin setup really nails it. I think one of the best ive seen on orcs. The tip of the nose seem to have bit to light SSS though. Looks very “see through”, sorry dont know proper name in English.
Perhaps the metal/iron could use a bit more love
PS this you change material setup on the fangs during rendering. In the first shot they are quite glossy or wet and in the others they are more dry or dull. Perhaps its due to lighting though.
this is too damn good !!!
Wow that is some nice texturing! How many and what kind of maps did you use?
Very nice work!!!
This is fantastic!
looks more real than the movie
It looks like a giant movie that is coming out… Good work
wow this is nuts! really good!
Wow! Great work!
Absolutely amazing !
From sculpting to texturing and rendering, this is awesome…
Triple AAA CG graphics, could be in a movie !
What was the time to render per frame ?
As it makes an intensive use of SSS, it must be quite long
masterpiece…
Fantastic!
Thanks and thanks for the tips.
In the next images I will make some adjustments. Thank you for the tips.
