Porsche 930 turbo - A Detailed Study

A study of the Porsche 911 turbo (930) in an attempt to achieve the most detailed, photoreal, perceptually accurate vehicle 3D representation.

Had great fun working on this project, and I learned a lot from it as well.

Thinking of making a tutorial post on achieving photoreal car headlights/taillights materials as that was the hardest part for me. Let me know if I should make one!

Excellent!

Fairly difficult too find fault if any actually exist with this piece…and not because I’m a certified car nut but two thumbs up should you decide in authoring a breakdown because pretty sure I’ll takeaway a ton of extremely useful info probably for others, as well :grinning:

Outstanding job, just super!

That said, two critiques:
-Reflections on the car body are considerably too hot.
-Car seating is plasticky

If you modelled, would love to see wireframes. If not I completely understand. That would take months. :laughing:
