Hello, I am looking for a material or a tutorial on how to create powder / holi powder material. The background is that I want to use the material in combination with photos.
For example, I would like to “paint” a 3D model with the material and then use it in the photo.
Does anyone know of an appropriate tutorial or could someone help me with this for a fee?

From what I see, you can make it by using Voronoi Texture node or Texture Painting tool. I think the second method will be more suitable for you. Or, if you would find, you may also use just an Image Texture instead.
