Im trying somewhat to change the size of my bevels with the refuse tool but its always claiming that I cant “edit ngons” yet the entire strip doesnt have a single Ngon selected. Is it because its maybe bordering one? I really dont know anymore and im sorry if this post is not appropriate

But if the tool says there’s an ngon within the selection, then there likely is.
I also notice you have a chamfer selected, and that is not the expected selection for Refuse, see https://machin3.io/MESHmachine/docs/refuse/ Refuse expects a polygon strip going ACROSS a bevel.
A chamfer selection like yours can be used with Fuse, ChangeWidth and Unchamfer.
