I tried, but YouTube shorts aren’t embeddable, I think. Use regular YouTube videos here.

You can get a normal YouTube view of a ‘shorts’ video by replacing some bits in the url.

Replace the shorts/ with watch?v= and you get the decent view, where you can actually read any description, and see the comments.
