For hair: the top is very unorganized, it is like she just got out of bed or something.
Yeah and her blouse is too thin. I like the colors keep 'em but i feel the blouse is too simple on the edges.
And for the final note, i would have her rendered witout a nose ring…but i guess i cant change ur mind about that…

DDD, yeah the hair at the top is a mess, I’ve been working on the hair, I will try post something new tomorrow…If Blender don’t crash. Ok I will test a render without the nose ring. I was not planning put earring, maybe this will give a more delicated look…Do you have some sugestion? 
And about her expression, I will work on that after the hair it’s done, but thank you for advice.
Yeah i think a vivid smile would help alot. The only thing im seeing that i don’t sort of like is the darkening around the eye area and sides of the nose. I don’t know if its the texture, shading or lighting but it sort of makes her look tired, lacking sleep, or hungover. Maybe its just me though. I agree with you DDD except i really like the nose ring.
…Lets get this thing out of the way first… 
The nose ring is pretty much a preference of the kind of jewelry ppl like, so for me i only like if a girl pierces her ears and wears earrings, nose rings, tongue rings, and wherever else you can put jewelry doesn’t appeal to me. That is why i dont like the nose ring on her. The actual nose ring looks nice. (in the end you can always do 2 renders or something, anyway it is ur model so that is up to u)

Shirt looks a little off because it just seems to be floating right in the middle, but theres no ripple or crease in the fabric that would normally indicate a floatingness.
I just thought maybe the shirt looked a bit too ‘boy-ish’ disregarding the low center. Great model.

bartric, it’s a normal shirt, boys and girls use this, but I exaggerated on neckline for give a more feminist look.
Another update, more work on hair…
She is still gorgeous, but i think for testing purposes get rid of the dof for now. I was liking the hair better on the previous page of this thread where a little up top was all that was needed. Only my thought.
Hmm i like the new one better, remove the hair on the ear though. Still there is something not right, i just cant figure out what.
Maybe it need color variation??

This is looking great. Humans are so hard to do well, it’s quite an accomplishment and a career milestone to achieve even this level of realism. Good Work!
The eyes are beautiful, the skin texture is very nice as a base, needs makeup to cover those blemishes and pop out her features. The ears are slightly too large to be attractive, the overall head shape is close, but the bone structure of the face could use some attention, think heart shaped face. Most of the work needed is in the jawline. My compliments on the nose and lips…very nice. All of these things are fine as they are, and are merely a matter of taste, they only need work if you are striving towards the ideal female form.
I am not a fan of piercings IRL, but I like it on this model. I wouldn’t lose that. I second DDD in recommending earrings, I think studs of some simple design would be nice.
About the hair, you’re getting there, the shape and combing is pretty good, the texture…not so good. The DOF is extremely confusing as well, it’s not working well on the hair, which could be still the same texture issue. In my experience, clump, is your best friend and your worst enemy.
