Would you ever share the final .blend file.
Would you ever share the final .blend file.
Whoops, posted that twice :o
Sorry, but t the moment I’d prefer to keep the file for me, since it’s for my personal portfolio. When I’ll be finished of course I will share at least the shader tree!
Of course! I understand!
Wow. This looks really good! Really liking the skin shader. He sure got manly chin…maybe too big considering proportions on other parts of his face. With that wide chin I would make the bridge of his nose and nose overall wider/larger. Now he’s face look more feminine in other parts. If you cover the chin area with your hand the rest of him looks proportional. And vice versa if you cover his face from up to the tip of the nose his chin looks all right. So it’s kinda problematic with compination of these two.
I’m quite sure it’s because of the nose…
And of course these are just my thoughts!
Very nice! Really smooth!
Did you follow Kent Trammells “Create a realistic 3d portrait in blender” tutorial on BlenderCookie?
Thanks!
@IconW, I’m tweaking some shapes and the chin too! Thanks
@bonrw1, I just followed the hair styling part of that series!
@RBancone: Yeah, that series is great! I am currently working on a portrait too! You can check it out if you want, it’s on the work in progress forum!
