Yes, it looks plasticy because the body of original car was make out of plastic.

The whole work is superb, and I am particularly in love with your material work. I had to check the wireframes a couple of times to see all you’ve baked into the normals and the roughness alone.

What I’m using is Substance Painter and it’s basically like an onion - iterative work to add layer upon layer until the deadline will stop me from that
