Now I’m curious after reading Zbrush is more or less feature complete, did Pixologic publish any sort of roadmap and do they have a development path ahead?

It’s just personal opinion…
There’s not much that you can’t do “sculpting wise” inside of zbrush… sure, there’s always room for improvements, but still…
