Is it worth learning 3D when we see AI progress?

Hello everyone, I keep seeing works generated by AI such as MidJourney or DiscoDiffusion and I am amazed by the quality and the details, sometimes very realistic of these works. I was wondering if the evolution of these AIs could make it possible to create animated videos instead of still images. It scares me and I think it scares a lot of artists in general. Why would we spend months or years on learning and mastering a skill if an AI can create it with few sentences to guide it ? What are y…

AI made these incredible images and ideas

The training data would have contained millions of copyrighted images. So yes absolutely. And what its doing there with the watermark looking thing is outputting a ballpark representation of many original images from its training data that just so happened to contain a watermark, probably shutterstock or something similar.
