Introducing the amazing Disconnect Cyclic Curves node-group. Works on Cyclic Bezier Curves also.

Easy-To-Use Node-group:
Use the built-in Poly To Bezier option to “align” the disconnected end-points so it works with other nodes like Curve-To-Mesh.
File includes the Blender 3.0 workaround which helps get rid of the “seam” when smooth-shading by welding a hidden version and transferring the normals from it (This unfortunately requires modifiers still TMK.).
