Jaguar F-Type R-Convertible

Where did you get the background image from, what HDRi did you use that works with the image and how were you able to position your car like that?

I usually pick backplate from the same HDRI map.

I have to check how this plays with the post processing. But this little feature will probably save hours of my time. You can add any image you like and work from there.

The tires look flat or fake. Need to make them more plausible. Any good material guide anyone know f?

The tires don’t look that fake and I don’t know if they are.

Also, is the speedometer supposed to be digital or analog?

EDIT: Nevermind. I found out that it was analog from this image.

The tires do lack something. I cannot figure out what. Yes, they are analog. I am actually checking the model for any issues and such. Also improving the materials. Will update soon.

Another test.

Will test some more scenes. What is the general way to such stuff? Should I make copies of original file?

When I render back-plates, I would make a new blend file for new back-plates with the HDRi in order to keep the scene clean. I think you should do that too.

That’s what I do. But then I end up with many files

The piece is done. I forgot to give materials t the caliper set. And it’s obvious.

It’s done.
