Oceanic Wonder

For “Oceanic Wonder”, the 3rd prompt of Nodevember 2022. Everything here is done procedurally with geometry / shader nodes, without the use of image textures (also no HDRI). The only object in the scene is Suzanne as a base container for geometry nodes, without any other modifiers. Rendered in Eevee, post-process with the compositor.

You killed it!

I like this so much, as well as how you broke down the steps into the twitter video.

Just amazing!

Will have to make some sacrifices but it’s definitely doable (just not as a gif here due to the size limit)

It’s absolutely incredible! I need to study this a lot to work out just exactly how you have created such elegance from a bunch of geometry nodes.

Pretty good. Especially the sunlight and how you made the fish swim in circles.

Woaah, looks so dreamy and calming. I love it, it puts me in a meditative state, I start feeling stuff I didnt feel for like 10 years in the past (on friday without homework, you feel drowsy, after a little sleep you go playing video games)

Woriless and relaxing feeling. The real purpose of art, creating feelings and not just “wooaaah” effect of showing your skills.
