That’s outstanding painterly look! How did you achieve that? Soft light from above, and objects textured with lighting “painted in”?

Thanks so much! The objects are actually textured very similarly to a photorealistic style, and no paint over at all- the effect comes from rendering with a small number of samples and the AI denoiser! For this piece I only used 16 samples. Adding volumetrics to the scene also introduces a fair amount of noise, and as it denoises the details get a little blurred for the painterly vibe!
