I recently downloaded and installed the Wiggle 2 add-on, but I cant find it anywhere in my scene. All I have in the animation panel is a notice that says “scene disabled”. What should I do to enable it??

Do you have an armature or bone chain?
And it would be better to ask questions in the Wiggle 2 thread…
Just click the little scene button to enable wiggle for the scene. 
An argument could be made to have it default to enabled, but I just wanted to minimize any unintentional performance impact on a scene.
I’d take a peek at the usage section if the addon GitHub to get a general idea of how it’s set up:
Make sure it’s in Pose Mode,
If it still doesn’t work, try reinstalling Addon.
(Unzip and install directly into the Addon installation folder)
